摘要

Weed control has always been a concern because unmanaged weeds can cause significant agricultural damage or reduce crop yield. Weed control and management are critical for producing high-yield, high-quality crops. Technological developments in controlling weeds have a significant impact on agricultural output. The majority of the weeding process is now done by humans using tools or by spraying herbicides. However, the hand weeding is exceedingly uneven and extremely difficult. As a result, manual weeding by labour should be substituted with an automated alternative. Effective weed control systems will assist in managing weeds regardless of the variations in the environment. The delta robot is a parallel manipulative robot with three degrees of freedom that has been frequently employed in manufacturing industries for pick-and-place applications due to its excellent precision and speed. It can also be employed for weed elimination in agricultural fields. Delta robots have a lot of potential for producing weed management solutions that are much more adaptive, even at the plant scale. The delta robot is used in this situation to control the weeds by eradicating them with the help of an end effector. The end effector can be either a spinning drill or a drill or spraying nozzle. Furthermore, the suggested system allows for the modification of the delta arm's end effector depending on the farm field. Weed plants are arranged in random ways in a field. In comparison to other agricultural machines, the delta robot is simpler to control in any other crop field. To get rid of the weeds, users need to input values for the x, y, and z axes. The Delta robot will get rid of the weed in that particular location. Delta robot technology continues to improve and become more effective. As a result, future weeding robots with a delta arm using the proposed design will be more precise and easier to operate in a wide range of crop fields.
