DIGITALIZATION OF THE COMMUNICATIVE SPACE AND COMMUNICATIVE PERSONALITY: TRANSFORMATION OF SOCIETY, ECONOMY, AND HUMAN

Digitalization has become not only a key but also an integral part of the modern world, defined as the process of transition to the use of digital technologies in all spheres of life, including the economy, education, medicine, and others. The digital economy, in turn, is based on the use of information technology for the production, processing, and exchange of goods and services. The article examines the role of digitalization as a global trend in the context of the development of the digital economy. The key aspects of the impact of digitalization on various spheres of human life are considered, as well as the benefits and challenges associated with this trend are highlighted. The purpose of the study is to conceptualize digital technologies as the basis for the breakthrough of the technological industry, on which the competitiveness of states depends, and its tasks are to identify the main directions of development of digital technologies and their impact on the priority of various phenomena and processes of digitalization. In the context of the methodology of studying this problem, the information method, discovered by M. Castells in 1989, is used, based on the analysis of information, the development of information and computer technologies, the processes of informatization and globalization, which became the basis for the emergence of such a science as informatics. The results of the study: 1) the evolution of digitalization as an expression of technological development is analyzed, which contributed to the change of work and communication, the development of new trends in management, in the education system, and led to changes in the production system; 2) the directions of development of the digital economy based on technology are determined; 3) the place and role of artificial intelligence and robotization as the basis for a breakthrough in digital technologies are clarified; 4) an analysis of the new generation of platforms and their role in a digitalized society is presented; 5) exponential development as the basis for the development of digitalization is substantiated; 6) digitalization is revealed as a factor in the formation of information (cognitive) capitalism. Thus, it is concluded that digitalization recognizes that the modern world is becoming increasingly digital, that digital transformation is a necessary step to achieve new levels of efficiency, productivity and competitiveness. Thus, digitalization is a conceptual approach to the development of the modern economy based on the use of innovative technologies to achieve efficiency, productivity and competitiveness. The study is based on the analysis of relevant sources and scientific publications on this topic, which allows us to conclude that digitalization is a key global trend in the modern world.
