摘要
Many biological databases and tools are available over the network. Effective and efficient manipulation of the databases and tools determines the output quality and cost in the biological analysis. This paper introduces a bioinformatics tool which automates the analysis process to retrieve potentially relevant DNA sequence information based on the given query, to allow the analyst to easily select interesting items. to collect all the DNA sequences for the selected items, to translate them into amino acid sequences and recommend the most likely ones based on the found ORFs(Open Reading Frame), to retrieve all relevant information matched with the translated ORF sequences. In order to implement the services, it makes use of web robot technique and biological knowledge such as ORF finding.
