摘要
RFID technology has become the strategic part of industry 4.0 in a wider content as source for implementation into the automated workplaces. Deployment of such new technologies brings continuous increasing of demands for wireless large data collection and acquisition (Big data) in a real time with emphasis to simplicity and speed. This paper is focused on implementation of RFID technology into the automated workplaces with impact to data collection in a real time and at any point in an automated process that can identify any discrepancies or failures. These workplaces types are mostly used in areas as assembly, manufacturing or handling with objects. Joining and communicating of the various participating devices at workplace greatly improves production, reduces costs and manages of created products. Paper includes also proposal of an algorithm, layout and detailed description of this specific solution based on standard industrial robot using in cooperation with software needed for programming and setting of necessary parameters, conditions or possibilities.
